We recommend: never sharing personal information like your full name, address, or phone number; using a username that doesn't reveal your identity; trusting your instincts and ending conversations that make you uncomfortable; and reporting any suspicious behavior to our support team immediately.
While you can browse the platform, a free account is required to start chatting. Registration is quick and only requires an email address and username.
Absolutely! Toronto Chat is fully responsive and works on all mobile devices. You can access all features through your mobile browser without needing to download an app.
During any chat, you'll find a block/report button. Clicking it will immediately end the conversation and flag the user for review by our moderation team. Reports are handled promptly.
Yes, your conversations are private. We do not record, store, or access video or text chats. Communication is peer-to-peer and remains between you and your chat partner.
You can delete your account anytime by going to Settings and selecting "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Use the report feature immediately to flag the user. Then end the conversation. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including account suspension or bans.
